General Trading Terms

Sincerely thanks for choosing DTI's products, we would like to announce the warranty policy as following:

1. Warranty Time:

- Warranty 06 months as from the date of delivery.

 2. Warranty Conditions:

- Product must remain within the warranty period and be operated/used under normal condition.

- Seal stamp on product must be intact.

3. Warranty Method:

- During the warranty period, if supplies are damaged due to party B's fault, party A could send it to party B at the office: No. 2 Nguyen The Loc Street, Ward 12, Tan binh District, HCMC.

- The seller will decide on repair or replacement to meet the requirement of equipment operation.

- Warranty obligation does not include periodical inspection and maintenance. This obligation will automatically terminate immediately after the warranty period.

- After warranty period, DTI still provide FREE OF CHARGE in consulting and technical support online or at the office. Other requests (if any) will be transfered to Customer Care Department for processing.

4. Cases of disclaimer of warrranty obligations

- System installation, maintenance, storage, movement, operating and use do not meet the requirements of manufactures or seller.

- Parts of equipment and accessories are natural damaged or abrasion during the process of use such as Screws, knobs, pilot lamps, gaskets, wells, probes, anodes...
