Transportation and Delivery Policy

Website always aims to provide the best delivery with the competitive price for all orders you place. We support delivery nationwide with the following specific delivery policies:

1. Delivery Fee:

The delivery fees are public on website and based on agreements with the transportation and delivery partners for all orders that placed successfully delivered to all provinces of Vietnam, Laosand Cambodia.

2. Delivery Time:

We will request to the delivery unit to deliver the goods to customers within the agreed-upon time once customers complete order procedures. The typical delivery time is at least 5-7 working days from the warehouse (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

In case of choosing credit card payment, the order processing time will be calculated from the moment receives the complete payment. Please note that reserves the right to change delivery times without prior notice in cases affected by natural disasters or other special events.

The order will be delivered a maximum 2 weeks. In case of the first delivery is unsuccessful, our staff will contact to arange the second delivery. We will attempt to contact within the next two working days (via message or direct calls). If we still cannot contact or do not receive any response, the order will be no longer valid.

To check information or the status of order, please check email, the registered purchase account on the website, or contact the Customer Care department.

After the goods are delivered, please sign a confirmation with the delivery staff. Then, please inspect the products for any defects or discrepancies. Customers are advised to retain the shipping receipt for inspection purposes.
